A new oppurtunity to reach a Captive Audience

Upon completion of the renovation L'Enfant Plaza will offer a beautifully landscaped plaza at the street level with a newly constructed, glass-facade, LEED certified office tower, and a dramatic sculptural glass gateway entrance into a naturally lit retail promenade and food court. The plaza is framed on three sides by office buildings designed by renowned Modernist architect I.M. Pei and a full-service 370 key hotel. In addition, an extended-stay hotel and a potential future residential building are currently in the planning stages.
