New Construction

A newly constructed 234 key extended stay Homewood Suites hotel on the northeast corner of the plaza will offer excellent amenities for both business travelers and vacationers. The hotel, which will seek LEED Silver certification, will feature a roof deck with views of the National Mall, a naturally lit fitness center and indoor pool, and three meeting rooms. Continental breakfast will be served in a dedicated breakfast room. Guests will have direct access to the L'Enfant Plaza Metro Station from the lobby.
