Office Renovation
Renovation of Existing
One of the two existing office towers, which are located above the lobby of the existing hotel on the eastern side of the plaza, is currently being thoroughly renovated. Renovations for the second tower are in planning stages. Upon completion of the renovations, two double-height crystalline lobbies finished in marble and natural wood will give access to 500,000 square feet of office space that features all new corridors, elevator lobbies, and restrooms.
