Adjudication Services is an Administration within the DC Department of Motor Vehicles that provides administrative hearings on tickets issued in the District of Columbia for parking, photo enforcement and minor moving violations. This office also accepts ticket payments. Adjudication Services also provides hearings on the revocation of a DC resident’s driver permit, or a non-resident’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle in the District of Columbia pursuant to driving under the influence of alcohol or drug arrest. Reinstatement hearings are also conducted at this office.
